Originally from Roswell, GA, Max came to the area in the fall of 2012 to attend Clemson University where he earned a degree in Packaging Science. He is now a permanent resident of the Western Upstate. Before joining McCoy Wright in September of 2018, Max performed business development for a packaging consulting firm and served as an Account Executive with an industrial packaging distribution company. He is now fully engaged with the CRE industry and handles a variety of brokerage, leasing, and development roles within McCoy Wright. He is a member of the Western Upstate Board of REALTORS®, South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Anderson. Max has made a substantial impact on McCoy Wright and its community already having completed numerous transactions in the area of leasing for business owner/operators, successful transactions for financial institutions and investors as well as marketing development projects to national retail brands. Of note, Max recently pre-leased 90% of A & P Plaza, a downtown mixed use redevelopment project, 12 months prior to its completion. He and his wife, Hannah, are enjoying their newlywed years with their golden doodles, Beau and Boomer. They reside in Anderson, SC proper and maintain a farm in “the country” where they both enjoy everything outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing.
