In his time at SHOP Companies, Max has specifically focused on retail Tenant representation for both national and regional concepts in both the greater DFW metroplex as well as surrounding markets in West, Central, and East TX including but not limited to: Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, Killeen, Temple, Texarkana, Tyler, Longview, and Marshall. Max has demonstrated the ability to develop calculated growth strategies specific to the Client’s needs and has executed on both high volume rollouts and smaller regional rollouts.
