Mr. R Michael Creaney serves as the Broker of Record for all Creaney & Smith properties, and in conjunction with the principal members, administers the acquisition, disposition, construction, management and development of real property, whether wholly for CSG or with our institutional partners. As Senior Development Manager, Mike has delivered more than 750,000 sf of institutional grade distribution and R&D buildings in Baltimore and Northern Virginia for a variety of clients in the prior 39 months. Mike is a graduate and football AA from the University of Notre Dame and resides in Baltimore County.
