Maury Levy

Maury was with CBRE through its merger with UCR prior to joining HSM. He was a vice president with Grubb & Ellis and also held broker positions with Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Group and the Larry J. Leon Company. Maury garnered awards presented by UCR for most deal in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002.Before joining UCR, Levy was a vice president with Grubb & Ellis, where he focused on national retail tenants, shopping center sales, and property representation. He has also held broker positions with Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Group and the Larry J. Leon Company. With UCR, Levy has worked with a wide variety of retail brands, including Dress Barn, Grow Biz International, Noodle Kidoodle, Charming Shoppes, and EyeMasters. He has also been the recipient of many awards, including “Most Deals” with UCR in 1998, “Largest Deal” with Grubb & Ellis in 1991, and “Top 10” with UCR, Merrill Lynch, and Grubb & Ellis. His professional affiliations include The JCC Scholarship Fund, The SMU Alumni Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Levy enjoys golf, reading, music, cooking, and travel.
