Mauricio Villasuso

Mauricio Villasuso, a retired Air Force Captain, serves as a service-oriented, highly specialized commercial real estate analyst and sales associate at Fausto Commercial Realty Consultants. His broad experience in the United States Air Force began with navigator training in the 562nd Flying Training Squadron. He then moved on to serve as a Force Support Officer in the 50th Force Support Squadron in Ellsworth AFB where he directed a Military Personal Section and implemented innovative technologies to streamline processes that improved customer relations. Captain Villasuso's tireless efforts, professionalism, and exemplary courage contributed to the success of the mission to develop the Afghanistan National Police at a Regional Training Center and provide a stable future for the people of Afghanistan. In Ali Al Salem, he served as a Flight Commander in the 386th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron where he directed over 150 personnel, over $20 million in lodging facilities, and learned the fundamentals of facility management. His integrity and discipline help him integrate the ethos for excellence into every partner’s experience in their real estate transactions. He was awarded 2012 "Rookie of the Year," becoming a multi-million dollar producer in his first few months in commercial real estate. Mauricio is active and his competitiveness and love to adventure extend to athletics. He rock-climbs, cross-fits, and participates in a number and variety of yearly races. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and fine dining.
