Maurice Molcho

Maurice Molcho was born to be in real estate. As a young child, he started going on listing appointments with his father, learning the business from the master, Ron Molcho. Maurice started working in the office answering phones at 16 and had his real estate license by 26. Moe is currently an Associate Broker and Partner at American Homes Group and Molcho Realty Group. Maurice believes in constant training and advanced learning. He is certified as a Resort and Second Property Specialists (RSPS) with the resources and knowledge to help clients with the more complex investment, retirement or second home real estate transactions. Maurice is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with training that allows him to hunt for the perfect property or prospects for clients locally or anywhere around the globe. Mr. Molcho serves as the Director at the Staten Island Board of Realtors and formerly was the head of SIBOR’s Young Professionals Network Committee. Maurice prides himself on making the transactions as easy as possible for sellers and buyers by walking them through the entire transaction.
