Certified Appraiser by the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and is an approved FHA appraiser with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. In addition, Senior Business Analyst (SBA) with the International Society of Business Analysts, a member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Awarded the CMEA designation (Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser) by the NEBB Institute. CMEAs are located throughout the United States and several foreign countries, and are used by banks, other lending institutions, CPAs, attorneys, business buyers/sellers and others to provide needed financial information. Elm Appraisal Services, LLC deals with a large range on clients including banking institutions throughout the United States, governmental agencies, various law firms and private business entities.
