Maureen Moulton

Maureen has a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned her degree in Psychology. Maureen moved to Texas in 2004 with her son to be near family and obtain a Texas Brokers license. She started her real estate career in 2004 at Commercial Investment Services doing land acquisition and multifamily development, participating in over $35 million in land acquisition contracts. Maureen was instrumental in developing a search system to locate properties for developers, negotiate contracts and work with the TDHCA in Austin. From 2009 to 2015, Maureen began working in retail development, tenant and landlord leasing. She played an important role in procuring tenants for the Cibolo Bend Retail Center in Cibolo, TX and worked with international clients to procure multifamily properties throughout Texas.
