Matthew Weiss

Matthew Weiss serves as Vice President and Principal of Weiss Realty. Specializing in medical/office/retail brokerage throughout the New York/New Jersey metropolitan region and in select markets across the country, he has over 15+ years of experience establishing and fostering relationships with the firm’s major tenants and owners. Weiss has long represented CarePoint Health, a major North Eastern hospital group, in numerous medical office transactions throughout Hudson County, New Jersey, including a 68,624-square-foot office lease of two full floors at 10 Exchange Place, Jersey City. He represents TREECO in leasing medical office space at the 100,000-square-foot Kennedy Medical Center, located in close proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel in Union City, New Jersey. Weiss also represents Colonial Village Associates LLC as its exclusive leasing agent for the commercial/retail 70,000-square-foot Colonial Village Office Park & Shopping Center in Edison, New Jersey. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and the American Technion Society (ATS).
