Matthew Weber

Matt was raised in a real estate family and thoroughly understands the process of maximizing value from acquisition to management and sales. He joined the Westlake team in 2002 and became Partner in 2005, focusing on helping his clients create and preserve wealth through real estate investment acquisition and disposition, property management, investment partnerships, and consulting services. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of investment real estate in the Puget Sound region. A proud Northwest native and graduate of Columbia University, Matt currently owns and manages several apartment buildings in addition to his brokerage work. He enjoys hiking, being outside, and live music in his free time.
