Matthew Turse has over 27 years of experience in the sales, leasing, and consultation of industrial property in the northern New Jersey marketplace for Owners, Investors, Developers and Tenants. He has negotiated over 17 million square feet of sales and leases worth an aggregate value exceeding $1 Billion. Matt’s primary responsibilities include providing industrial brokerage leadership through market expertise, client development and transaction management. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Turse was an Associate Vice President for a Commercial Real Estate services firm specializing in Industrial Brokerage Tenant and Landlord Representation, as well as being a member of their Food & Beverage Facility Practice Group.
