Matt has been the recipient of the Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL’s Top Team GCI Award 2003-2012, the Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL Chairman’s Circle Gold Award (Top 5% Nationally), Chairman’s Platinum Award (Top 3% Nationally), Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award (Top 1% Nationally) and a Pinnacle Award winner 2005-2010. Matt holds the highly accredited CCIM designation which incorporates over 200 classroom hours of study focusing on financial, market, user decision and investment analysis - the cornerstones of real estate use and investment. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. Matt holds many professional designations as a member of the Florida Gulf coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Matt is also a graduate of the Leadership Pasco program. Matt is involved in many organizations throughout the community such as the YMCA Gills Branch (volunteer Board Chairman), Take Stock in Children Pasco County, and Shaw Family & Friends Christmas providing multiple families and kids with Christmas gifts throughout the West Pasco Area. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Sheri and their two boys, Wesley and Dylan.
