Matthew Severns SIOR, CCIM

Matthew joined the Kessinger/Hunter Industrial Department in 2006, focusing on the marketing of warehouse, manufacturing, and flex properties in the Kansas City area. He has a proven track record representing clients in the industrial real estate market in Kansas City. Matthew currently handles the leasing of several projects, totaling over 1,800,000 sq.ft., including Merriam Industrial Park, Quivira Business Park, Lenexa Industrial Park, Lackman Place and Forbes Industrial Park. Matthew is a member of SIOR, serving in leadership roles on the local and national level as well as a member of CCIM. Matthew is a life-long resident of the area and resides in Kansas City, MO with his wife and children. He is board chairman of House of Hope Kansas City as well as a board member of Kansas City K-Life.
