Matthew Schuss has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the course of his career, Matthew has been involved with several high-profile transactions in New York and across the US. This diverse background has given him a keen sense of client needs and strategic planning to provide exceptional service and tailored results. In his career he has completed retail transactions for landlords and tenants resulting in over 1,000,000 s.f. of leased space. Prior to joining JLL, Schuss was a Director at Winick Realty Group for 6 years where he made Commercial Observer’s 30 under 30 list for Top leasing and Sales Professions in 2018. Matthew currently works on the JLL project leasing team(s) providing strategy and execution on significant urban retail projects on behalf of the following owners: SL Green, Related, Equity Residential, Nuveen, Taconic, Madison Capital, Meringoff Properties, RA Cohen, Savanna, Bentall GreenOak and The Slate Group. Mr. Schuss also coordinated the expansion plans and secured locations for tenants including Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Hauser & Wirth, Valley Bank, Webster Bank, Sterling Bank, Diageo, Milk Bar, Chief, Remedy Place, Swingers Crazy Golf, The Butchers Daughter, Organic Krush, Irving Farm Coffee Roasters, Eli Zabar, Lady M Confections, and Biscuits & Bath
