Matthew Poncy

Matt Poncy joined Holladay Properties in 2015 and primarily is focused on landlord representation within the healthcare space, primarily in West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and the surrounding communities. Mr. Poncy is directly responsible for the leasing efforts of nearly 750,000 SF of institutional medical office space. Originally from northern Palm Beach County, Mr. Poncy is a graduate of The University of Florida with a degree in telecommunications. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his new bride, seeing family, attending and playing sports, as well as fishing.
