Matt Pivetti has been in the real estate industry since 2003. His family has been selling real estate in California since the mid-1950’s. To say “it’s in his blood” would be an understatement. At a young age he was taught the importance of values, pun intended. Not just to have strong moral and ethical values, but the value of hard work, the value of a dollar. At the beginning of his career, he learned the mortgage side of the business, at first as a loan officer, then as a manager of a team of loan officers. He helped oversee hundreds of purchase money loans for new home developers and was pivotal in the sale of the business to Wells Fargo. In 2008, at the beginning of the financial crisis, Matt earned his Brokers license and started full time into the sale of residential real estate. Two years later, he started Accredited Financial Group and its subsidiary Accredited Realty Group. Since 2010 Matt has been involved in hundreds of real estate deals, from the short sale of a $65k condo, to multi-million-dollar coastal homes, and everything in between. Being involved in so many different types of deals, he has learned that no two situations are the same, and that each individual buyer or seller has unique wants and needs. It is his ability to understand those things, which helps his clients make the best financial decision for their situation. Clients regularly become lifelong friends, which has helped build his business through referral partnerships. Matt currently resides in La Costa, CA with his beautiful wife Susie, their son Luke, and Abbie (the brown-spotted Dalmatian).
