Matt is a Principal with the Lee & Associates Denver office and specializes in the representation of tenants, owners, developers and investors in the Denver Metro real estate market. Matt’s core business is industrial real estate, specifically Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) sites in Commerce City, Weld County, and the Santa Fe Corridor. He takes pride in his local market knowledge, and his financial background as a CPA allows him to continually advise clients on their best course of action when navigating complicated business decisions. Matt exuberates tenacity & exceptional client service when he finds creative solutions for his clients to achieve the best scenario possible. When not working on real estate deals, Matt spends his free time in the mountains, traveling or exercising. Matt graduated from the University of Illinois in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. After, Matt went on to earn his Masters degree while completing the CPA exam. While in school, Matt was a Division 1 wrestler for the University where he competed in the Big 10 for four years. After graduation, Matt received Big 4 experience working for Deloitte's Real Estate Practice and provided advisory services to public and private real estate clients. Since becoming a broker in 2019, Matt has personally sourced and executed over $75,000,000 in total transaction consideration, sold or leased over 800,000 SF, and was involved in sale and lease transactions valued over $500,000,000.
