Matthew Nebel

Matthew was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, which gives him extensive knowledge and a large network of contacts in the area. Given his extensive work with both Landlords and Tenants he truly has the upper hand to better serve both Tenants and Landlords. Tenants are better served by a consultant/partner who has in depth firsthand knowledge of how Landlords operate and Landlords benefit from a consultant/partner with in depth knowledge of what is important to Tenants. He joined Colliers International's Oakland office in 2015 bringing with him a 10 year proven track record in developing and closing business deals. Previously, Matthew served as a Director and led the Tenant Representation Practice Group at Equistone Partners representing tenants in the negotiation of leases, subleases, lease restructures and building sales/purchases. Prior to real estate, Matt procured new leads for the business development team at BCCI Construction Company, a San Francisco company focused on tenant improvements and building and restoration of historical interiors.
