Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore is President of Moore Real Estate Group. He is a designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and holds a California Certified General Appraiser’s License. He has extensive experience in the valuation of retail, industrial, office, multifamily, land, and special use properties. His work also includes discounted cash flow analyses, feasibility/absorption studies, estimates of compensation for easements and partial takings, and highest and best use studies for contemplated property acquisitions. Matthew is a qualified expert witness in the US Bankruptcy Court and is a lecturer for the Finance, Real Estate and Law Department at California State University, Pomona.
