Mr. Marshall’s areas of expertise include project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, disposition, economic incentives, lease negotiation, and investment sales. As one of Avison Young’s leading New Jersey industrial real estate professionals, Mr. Marshall has executed many complex industrial lands, lease, and building sale transactions. Active and completed transactions in Central snd Southern New Jersey total over 4 million SF of industrial, and 700,000 SF office transactions from 2018- 2020. Of these transactions, 40% were project leasing and sales, and 60% were tenant and buyer representation assignments. While Marshall was with Cushman & Wakefield’s Philadelphia office, he sold the +415 acre Clean Harbors site, which should yield ±3.3 million SF of Class A warehouse distribution buildings in the Logan North Industrial Park in Logan Township, NJ. The sale was significant as the largest non-deep water industrial land site sold in New Jersey during 2016.
