Matthew Mandel

Matthew Mandel is a Senior Vice President in the Conshohocken (Philadelphia) office of CBRE. He specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation for national and local retailers and restaurants expanding throughout the East Coast. To date, Matthew’s client portfolio includes some of the nation’s fastest growing restaurant groups, such as First Watch Daytime Café, Miller's Ale House, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse as well as up-and-coming restaurants like Mission BBQ, True Foods Kitchen, Cooper's Hawk Winery, and MOD Pizza. He is currently the master broker for Mission BBQ overseeing their development throughout the United States. He also represents Mattress Warehouse, MYEYEDR, Insomnia Cookies, and UNIVEST Bank. As a landlord/seller’s agent, Matthew has successfully represented property owners and developers in both the leasing and disposition of assets ranging from power centers to community and neighborhood centers to freestanding buildings. Also, he has represented national retailers in the disposition of company-owned and surplus property. He is a graduate of the University of Miami (Florida) where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Matthew is also an active member of ICSC.
