Matthew Lunnen

Matt Lunnen is a member of JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Tenant Representation Group. He delivers customized client services including market research, labor analytics, site selection, financial modeling, transaction negotiations, and portfolio strategy. No matter the size of the transaction, Matt approaches every assignment with the same intensity and attention to detail. Matt started his career in Shanghai, China as a research analyst studying microtrends and real estate markets in APAC. In 2013, he returned to the U.S. and has since negotiated more than 150 transactions spanning two million square feet and over $400M in transaction value. Matt has managed a wide variety of complex assignments ranging from headquarters relocations and regional facility consolidations to startups graduating from accelerators/incubators.
