Matthew Ledvina

Matthew M. Ledvina comes to Greiner-Maltz with over 10 years of Commercial Real Estate Marketing experience. He began his career by creating the first marketing department at Baum Realty Group in Chicago helping to land such high profile clients and Starbucks, Chipotle Mexican Eatery and Panera Bread Company. Since that time, Matthew has expanded his marketing abilities and grown his skills in an increasingly digital marketplace. His tenure in New York City includes the multi-channel marketing of millions of dollars in commercial property throughout the New York City area. From targeted digital marketing strategies to PR campaigns, Matthew is helping Greiner-Maltz have a commanding presence in an increasingly complex digital CRE marketplace. Matthew holds a B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University. In his free time he is an avid runner and will be racing in the TCS NYC Marathon in November 2022.
