Matthew Knowles

Matthew Knowles is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group focusing on tenant and landlord representation in the Philadelphia Region. Matt is a key member of the Philadelphia Life Sciences Team, where he specializes in leasing of lab, cGMP and office space and tenant advisory for companies at various stages of their lifecycle. He works closely with his clients to develop thoughtful real estate strategies and negotiate and execute lease transactions. Matt has over 15 years of real estate experience, initially joining CBRE in 2006 as a Transaction Manager. During his time at CBRE, Matt has represented many key clients, including several large corporate users. He has completed over 250 transactions for his clients that include various lab, office and cGMP projects. Prior to joining the Advisory & Transaction Services group, Matt interned with CBRE's Research and Marketing team in Philadelphia, Pa. During this time, Matt assisted CBRE sales professionals to provide demographic analysis, market research, and market forecasting.
