Matthew Katz

Matthew Katz joined Stream in 2024 and serves as a Senior Associate within Stream’s Transaction Specialist Group. In this role, Matt represents occupiers and landlords with investment, sales, and leasing of office properties throughout North and West Orange County. Matt specializes in identifying strategic investment opportunities through his in-depth market knowledge, attention to detail, and fiduciary responsibility to the clients he represents. As an owner of investment properties himself, Matt provides a unique and tailored approach centered on maximizing value for every aspect of his clients’ business needs. Prior to joining Stream, Matt was a Private Client Advisor at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services located in Encino, California. He was responsible for identifying strategic multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and refinance opportunities for mid-size enterprises located throughout core Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Matt is an alumnus of California State University at Northridge (CSUN) where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Real Estate from the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics. He attends Chabad Newport Beach. In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
