Matthew Jemal

Matthew Jemal serves as Managing Principal of Douglas Development Corporation. Since joining Douglas Development in 2005, Matthew has been involved in lease transactions totaling more than 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space. Matthew is heavily involved in the management of Douglas Development’s 200 properties and acts as the primary liaison between the commercial leasing brokers and property owners. Bisnow featured Matthew in 2007 as one of the top 10 individuals to watch under age 35. The Washington Business Journal listed him in their list of 40 Under 40 for 2016.
