Matthew joined CBRE in 2006. Graduating from the University of Waterloo in Geography, Matt specializes in market strategy. With a background in mapping and demographics, and coupled national market intelligence, Matt is able to provide a unique level of service to both existing and new retailers in the market. As part of the 20-member National Retail Services Team, Matt works with retail specialists in each major market across Canada to develop and execute strategic rollout and expansion strategies. This along with acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) to retailers, Matt along with CBRE is able to provide a fully integrated platform to service retailers' needs.
