Matthew Howe

Matthew Howe, joined Silverette as Property Manager in 2007. He has been involved in the construction industry for over 10 years. He has worked in both the residential and commercial sides of the business. As building manager, Matthew and his team have incorporated the influence of many “green” aspects, such as conserving energy for the owners and tenants especially during hard economic times. Incorporating advanced technology and fresh ideas into our buildings is one of Matthew’s highest priorities, keeping costs efficient for all. His education consists of 3 different aspects being, real estate, mechanical, and construction. Matt uses his high standard of work ethics, education, and his day to day experience to adapt to any environment to complete the task at hand.
