Matt Himmelsbach serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Technology & Innovation Practice Group (TIPG), a group of specialized advisors focused on the Technology, Advertising, Media and Information (TAMI)/Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector providing global connectivity to our clients. Working alongside the TIPG’s leadership, Himmelsbach takes a leading role in the negotiation of flexible workplace solutions, nationally. Himmelsbach possesses a wealth of experience in the sector advising both landlords and tenants in over 1,800 transactions. Himmelsbach came to Newmark after eight years at WeWork where he was responsible for all sales and leasing activity in New York and Florida. During this time, he worked with companies of all sizes with a focus on helping corporate occupiers implement flexible solutions.
