Prior to becoming a member of Cardinal Commercial Real Estate, Matt focused on Tenant Representation at Colliers International in the Ohio Market. Matt was formerly a managing member of The Bentley-Stevens Group, a regional developer in the Florida Panhandle, where he focused on site selection, zoning and finance negotiations. Matt concentrates on tenant representation, site selection, property leasing and investment sales. Matt becomes an integral part of the client’s team through crafting individual solutions that are tailored to solve each locations objective. Whether it is generating effective site location strategies that place you where your target customers are located or producing an individually crafted property marketing plan, Matt becomes an invaluable resource to the client’s lineup.
