Matt Fredrickson has been a Partner at Trinity Commercial Group (TCG) from its inception. During his career Matt has advised and represented private, public, and institutional clients with the acquisition and disposition of over $500 million in transactions throughout the country. Matt has successfully closed on the sale of real estate involving major tenants such as Chipotle, Bank of America, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, Outback Steakhouse, WAWA, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Pollo Tropical, Publix, TJ Maxx, Bank United, Albertson’s, Taco Bell and more. In Matt’s current role as Partner, Matt is involved in the management and oversight of Trinity Commercial Group’s Capital Markets division which has offices in both Estero & Boca Raton. TCG Capital Markets specializes in acquisition and disposition of real estate income assets ranging from single tenant net-leased investments to anchored institutional quality shopping centers. Matt is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers(ICSC) and a candidate for the CCIM designation. Matt earned his BS in Finance and Leadership Studies from Bethel University.
