Bittel, a 3rd generation, Miami native, has been active in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry since 2005. He represents the interest of tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers with the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, land and office properties and his extensive transaction history covers a wide range of disciplines which deliver proven results to his clients both on a local and national level. Bittel and his business partner, Stuart Gordon joined Cushman & Wakefield in early 2017 from Flagler (a subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries), where they established themselves as one of the preeminent industrial, land and office sales and leasing teams in South Florida. The team currently represents over 5.5 million square feet of industrial and office space in South Florida and operate out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office. Mr. Bittel is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF). He is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber’s Leadership Miami and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of numerous organizations, including the United Way of Miami-Dade’s Young Leaders and the University of Miami’s Citizen’s Board.
