Matthew Bean is an Associate in the Houston office on the Investment Sales team. Matthew previously worked at Global Real Estate Advisors in Houston, where he developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate and gained experience in multifamily brokerage and acquisitions. During his career, Matthew has demonstrated proven ability in business development, market analysis, and building deep client relationships. Matthew is a graduate of Texas Christian University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics.
