Matt has been helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate since 2009. His passion to help clients came during one of the largest housing crises in U.S. history. While clients were facing the challenges of the market Matt was discovering that the way to differentiate himself from other agents was by genuinely caring for his clients and prioritizing their goals. He formulates and executes an individual custom plan unique to each client and their needs. Strong client relationships and the desire to succeed on their behalf provided Matt the fortunate opportunity to have perennial multi-million dollar years of production in the highly competitive market of Chicago. Matt has since relocated to the southwest Houston area where he is proud to hang his hat at Tricia Turner Properties, LLC operating in Fulshear, TX. Matt has quickly made an impact in the Houston area market helping sellers, buyers, and investors. Matt has recently been recognized and featured in the Realtor-focused magazine, Houston Real Producers. Matt was also awarded the "Rising Star" of the Houston area market.
