Matthew specializes in the sale, lease and development of retail properties. He is an industry expert in the leasing and stabilization of distressed retail assets, as well as landlord and tenant representation as it relates to investments, acquisitions and build-to-suits. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Matthew was with Voit Real Estate Services where he focused on the leasing of commercial properties and representation of tenants throughout Arizona. Matthew also has experience in acquisitions and development, having been a part of The Ault Companies where he developed over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space in both the Phoenix and Tucson markets. He has been responsible for the acquisition of numerous properties, including financing, investor relations and key tenant commitments. Matthew has created and maintained relationships with Kroger, Safeway, Bashas, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, McDonalds and others.
