Matt Walters specializes in occupier representation services for established and emerging technology tenants. Matt provides advisory and transaction services to some of the fastest growing technology companies in the downtown Seattle market in addition to portfolio management on behalf of companies including F5 Networks, Sound Transit and Russell Investments. Over the past twelve years, he has developed a reputation as an accomplished professional, respected by his clients for his market expertise and comprehensive transaction experience. Matt joined CBRE in 2012. He is a founding member of CBRE’s Technology and Media Practice group and is recognized as a local thought leader in the Puget Sound technology community.
