Matt specializes in investment sales, syndications, and capital markets throughout the Western United States. Prior to joining Voit, Matt worked as Associate Broker & Analyst for a local private investment brokerage firm. There, Matt underwrote thousands of properties from Chicago to Hawaii, built proforma projections, and was responsible for well over $100-Million in acquisitions and dispositions. Throughout his career in real estate, Matt has brought both international and local investors together to buy larger commercial real estate investments though the Syndication model. He has successfully completed syndications ranging in value from $360,000 to over $27-Million. As Voit’s investment specialist, Matt secures sound commercial investments and sells stabilized, value-add, and sale/leaseback investments for his clients. As an investor himself, Matt not only understands the process, but he knows the struggles, and has the resources to solve complex real estate related problems.
