Realtor Matt Telfer is a licensed real estate agent and Broker Associate with over 20 years of experience. While he specializes in the sale of land and estate homes, over the last decade Matt has also successfully closed many Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Development projects in South Santa Clara County. Being born and raised in Morgan Hill as a fifth generation resident, Matt has a unique knowledge of the local Real Estate Markets and what it takes to get his clients top dollar for their properties in this distinctive slice of Silicon Valley. Morgan Hill has changed a lot over the past 50 years, but one thing that has never changed is its sense of being a “family friendly” community which keeps drawing new residents from all over the bay area, and beyond. When not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time being active with his wife and two young daughters.
