Matt Spickard

Matt Spickard is a Senior Managing Director of agency leasing out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. He and his team are currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of many Class A office properties located throughout metro Atlanta: The team has successfully filled a wide variety of office assets on behalf of their owner clients, including urban high-rise towers, suburban mid-rise buildings, low-rise business parks, and mixed-use developments. They pride themselves on going deep into relationships with clients and tenants to successfully meet each parties’ goals. During the course of his career, Matt has represented landlord clients such as Sumitomo Corporation, Barings, The Ardent Companies, Heitman, Hudson Advisors, Lonestar Funds, Piedmont, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Stockbridge, Parmenter Realty Partners, Invesco, Behringer Harvard, B.F. Saul Company, AREA Property Partners, Griffin Capital, Argus Realty Group, JE Robert Companies, Koll Development, Mass Mutual, TIC Properties, Sage Partners, Franklin Street Properties, and Hyatt Corporation. Before joining Transwestern in 2010, Matt was an associate with CB Richard Ellis, where over five years, he was integral and integral team member who worked on more than 450 leases with an aggregate value of $240 million. Matt is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, and the Young Council of Realtors. In 2013, Matt earned the #8 spot on the ACBR Million Dollar Club Top 10 List. In 2017, Matt earned the #10 spot on the ACBR Million Dollar Club Top 10 List.
