He leverages a diverse skill set and consultative, relationship-based approach to effectively guide clients through optimal asset positioning and transactional efficiency, thereby helping them maximize returns at both the property and portfolio level. Before joining Northmarq, Spangenberg served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Spangenberg worked as an Investment Sales broker with one of the largest brokerage companies in the U.S. and spearheaded the business development initiatives there for a top shopping center brokerage team. Additionally, Spangenberg is a licensed attorney, having previously practiced real estate law with a focus on real estate debt finance.
