Matt Ralls

Matt Ralls is one of the key brokers on the Wiggin Properties Brokerage Team. He serves as the lead broker for leasing of over 400,000+ SF of office and medical office space in the Oklahoma City market. He leverages his experience in banking, acquisitions, property preservation and strategic planning to execute development, marketing, sale and leasing strategies for investors, owners and users of commercial office, industrial, land and retail properties. He has represented both property owners and landlords as well as buyers and prospective tenants in real estate transactions to negotiate the best outcomes for his clients. Ralls is active in the community serving as a member or board member of many service groups including the Uptown 23rd District Association, Historic Preservation, Inc., and the “Pistol Pete” Alumni Association. Matt is a former member of the United Way Emerging Leaders and the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City. Ralls earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Oklahoma Christian University.
