Matt is focused on maximizing the value of his client’s assets and successfully implementing leasing strategies to do so. Matt takes pride and helping his clients navigate challenges and make educated real estate decisions. After growing up in the business, Matt started his career with Peloton Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, TX. He spent over 5 years with Peloton in Dallas, TX and was responsible for leasing over 2 million SF of institutional real estate. In 2017, Matt relocated to Houston, TX to start Peloton’s Houston office, where he was a Partner responsible for establishing and growing the firm’s agency leasing and property management business. In late 2019, JLL acquired Peloton Commercial Real Estate.
