Matt directs leasing and property management activities for the Buchanan portfolio, one million square feet plus of office and industrial properties. He leads a staff of operational and administrative employees as well as several teams of external marketing and leasing professionals implementing and executing business plans, value enhancement programs, construction management, building engineering services, lease administration , real estate tax management and operating expense control. Matt is an instructor for George Mason Office of Professional Development, he serves on the Route 28 Advisory Board and is a member of NAIOP. Matt joined Buchanan Partners in 2007, he is a licensed real estate broker and holds an MBA and BA from the University of Maine
