Matt Pierce Broker Associate Matt Pierce is a real estate professional with 18 years of experience in various aspects of the industry. He has experience in land sales and developing commercial and residential facilities and communities. Ten years ago, he co-founded Anders Pierce Realty with his broker/partner, Heath Anders. The firm aims to provide highly professional and personalized boutique real estate services in Comal-Guadalupe--Hays. Anders Pierce Realty offers a wide range of expertise in the residential, new construction, farm & ranch, waterfront, light commercial, and community development sectors. Matt's previous experience includes serving as the John Newcombe Estate & Country Club Sales Director, a custom home community. He recently earned his Brokers license and Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation to support further his commitment to serving buyers and sellers across multiple sectors. Matt is a native Texan who has lived in central Texas with his wife, Kaysa, for the past 25 years. They have two sons, Holtan and Trevor, who are married and live in the New Braunfels area. When not working, he enjoys playing golf and exercising with his wife and friends at the gym. They also enjoy spending time in St. John USVI, where they vacation as often as time permits.
