Matt Pepper

Matt joined Curry Real Estate Service in 2022 and helps lead the commercial division. He is responsible for management and leasing of commercial properties throughout the metropolitan area, providing brokerage services, property use analysis and consulting. Previously, he served in a leadership role as Operations Director for the Kansas City office of a global commercial real estate services company. During his more than 15 years in the industry, he’s worked with a variety of portfolios which include office, retail, and industrial properties, helping landlords and tenants of all sizes meet their financial and operational goals. Matt is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He previously been recognized as CPM of the Year and recently served as the 2022 Kansas City Chapter President. He grew up in Kansas City, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and then his MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
