His impressive track record includes leading successful rollouts of new to market brands, brand expansions, acquisitions, surplus solutions, site selection, and delivering valuable advisory services. Raised in Las Vegas and with extensive experience in multi-tenant retail and hotel development, Matt began his brokerage career in 2015. Before joining CBRE, he was a partner in retail services with a Las Vegas boutique firm. Matt is active within NAIOP and CCIM serving on multiple committees, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and previously served on the board of UNLV Lee business school -Lied institute of real estate studies.
