ABOUT

As a Vice President with Industry Real Estate Partners, Matt is responsible for the negotiation of lease and purchase transactions for office, retail, and industrial properties, marketing strategy, market analysis, property evaluation, and project strategy consulting for IREPS's clients. Matt combines career experience in both Landlord and Tenant rep brokerage to provide his clients with valuable perspective and creative solutions for their real estate needs. He has advised companies based in Atlanta and nationally, including publicly traded corporations such as Priority Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: PRTH), CAI Logistics (NYSE: CAI), Primoris Services Corp (NYSE: PRIM), and U.S. Physical Therapy (NYSE: USPH). Additionally, he has worked with private national firms like BDO USA, Renviva and Edwards Jones, as well as international entities such as Surfaces by Pacific and China Airlines. Among local professional services firms, Matt has partnered with companies such as Hope-Beckham-Espinosa, Georgia Capital, Three Bridges Financial Group, The Moreno Law Firm, and The Fogle Law Firm. Furthermore, he has assisted local startups including Falcomm and Narwhal Digital, along with numerous other Metro Atlanta companies. On the landlord side, he has provided agency leasing services to institutional investment groups including Noro Management, Goddard Investment Group, The Dilweg Companies, Gemini Rosemont, and Realco. Prior to joining IREP, Matt was a Vice President with Transwestern's Tenant Advisory division, the Co-Founder of NFS Brokerage, and an Associate of Stream Realty Partners, where he was responsible for leasing over 1.4 million square feet of office space.
