Matt Oliaro

After 11 years of experience in the local Atlanta commercial real estate market, Mr. Oliaro formed Oliaro Commercial, LLC in January of 2010. Mr. Oliaro gained a vast knowledge of a wide spectrum of transactions by working for both a regional firm (GVA Advantis) and a global firm (Jones Lang LaSalle). In both roles, Mr. Oliaro represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in a multitude of transactions. He has closed transactions of all types: industrial, office, land, retail, and investment transactions including some sale/leasebacks. Mr. Oliaro focuses intently on each client’s needs to fully maximize value for the client whether it be for site selection, financial analysis, lease review, or leading negotiations.
