Matt O'Grady

Matthew G. O’Grady is Vice President Leasing at Cord Meyer. He comes to Cord Meyer from Colin Development L.L.C., where he served as Director of Acquisitions, Development & Leasing. O’Grady has considerable experience overseeing urban and suburban assets; assembling and managing teams of project consultants; interacting with retailers and municipalities on ground up and redevelopment projects; and identifying investment opportunities through marketed and off-market channels. A 2002 graduate of University at Albany, O’Grady went on to study relevant coursework in Real Estate Development & Investment at New York University. He is a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker.
