He has worked in commercial real estate in the Valley for 12 years, and previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield from 2007 to March 2019 before joining Lee & Associates. Specializing in agency leasing, Matt continuously pursues new business through sale calls and meetings with prospective tenants. Mr. Nebeker has worked most of the Class “A” listings in the Southeast V alley and is very familiar with the tenant movements in the market.
